On November 25, SMEIDFI launched the 18 Day Campaign Against Violence Against Women and Children in Good Shepherd Chapel. It was attended by the staff, sisters, girls from Ruhama Center for Women, Ruhama Transition Home, Heart of Mary Villa, Euphrasian Community, and students from St. Bridget School of Quezon City.
The activity also launched the advocacy materials on trafficking, prostitution, girl child, economic justice, ecology, and migration with supports from Women World Day of Prayer - German Committee, Conrad Hilton Fund For Sisters, Deus Noster Foundation, and the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives of Embassy of Canada in the Philippines.
Similar activities from Legazpi City and Cebu City were participated by our staff and sisters too. Join us in achieving VAW-free communities!
